I need to be thankful that I actually have money to pay my bills intsead of thinking about how much money I have left and when I will have more to pay more bills. This is a big issue for me and always gives me huge anxiety. I know I’m not the only one with this problem but it is a huge problem.

Today’s anxiety has been on high alert since late morning. Not about money though. It’s a stupid song I heard on the radio and it sent me in a tail spin and had to go outside for a walk and find another song on my phone to get past it. I really do hate some songs sometimes.
