Premium Grass Fed Beef Delivered to You

I love finding new ways of getting food delivered to my door. We’ve tried the pre-portioned ready to cook meals, those were fun. But I’m more of a simpler type of foodie. Give me some meat and throw it on the grill, in the pan, in the oven or even the Crock.

Everyone LOVES a good steak. Even better is meat from a grass fed cow. The best is having the beef delivered to your door directly from the ranch.

Have you heard of Crowd Cow?

I was browsing around YouTube and found Crowd Cow.

Crowd Cow’s mission is to allow everyone to discover and enjoy the very best beef from local ranches and to make the experience convenient and fun.

Crowd Cow is committed to showcasing and celebrating very best local farms and the people who have dedicated their lives to producing healthy, high-quality, sustainable meat.

Crowd Cow lets you buy a cow with friends. Claim a share, rally your friends, tip the cow and become a “steak holder”.

Crowd Cow lets you buy the exact cuts and quantity you want direct from a farm with the ease of ordering online, delivered straight to your door

What a pretty cool idea. My father in law used to get full cuts of meat for his freezer when he would let ranchers use his land for their cattle graze.

How does Crowd Cow Work?

You choose your “share(s)” of beef your want. Which specific cuts. You are not charged anything unless they raise enough money (sell enough of the cow) and the cow “tips.” At that point, your credit card will be charged and they’ll handle the rest.

The meat is dry-aged for approximately 14 days to enhance tenderness and flavor, then processed into steaks, roasts and ground beef. Your cuts are then individually packaged in single-serving sizes and flash frozen. The steaks are vacuum-sealed in sous-vide ready pouches.

Finally, they deliver to your door for a flat fee, no matter how many shares you buy.

Have I ordered any?

Not yet. I’m waiting for the next cow to order a few rib eyes
