I’ve always loved peanut butter in so many ways and flavors.
I’ve taken a spoonful with maple syrup drizzled in. Slab of butter on the spoon with peanut butter is also grand. Lately I’ve been making my own nut butters.
I’ve made a peanut and almond butter with Wasabi paste and it was damn good. It didn’t last very long haha. I’ve made a couple of batches of Haitian Spicy Peanut Butter. This stuff is hot, the next batch I’m gonna kick it up even hotter.
Today I made a Chili con Limon flavored Nut butter with Peanuts, Cashews and Almonds.
- 16oz of Peanuts
- 16oz of Cashews
- 8oz of Almonds
- 3 tablespoons of the Chili con Limon seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper (to kick it up a notch)
- Blend until smooth
