I walk 30mins in the morning then 30min (ish) of some Yoga or other exercise. I also try to get a 30min walk in a night giving me 90min per day.

DDP Yoga by Diamond Dallas Page is another of my favorite. I do the “Stand up” routine at least once a week. If I don’t do any of my other videos I’ll throw in the “Strength Builder” routine.

Sometimes I think I want to create my own routine. But then I just go back to these. Maybe i’ll just make videos of me doing others videos. That would sure get the traffic or drive the traffic away LOL
