I’ve been working on finding new challenging Yoga / Exercise videos. I linked Boho Beautiful and her workouts are kick you arse killer. This workout is only 15min and it absolutely kicks my ass. I can’t even do the whole thing all the way through. I should do a video of me doing this one.
I’ve done this once before a few weeks ago. I’ve done it twice this week. I’m going to keep doing it until I can do it all the way through with out stopping.
