What should be done to the student? I would say a suspension for a few days are in order and maybe some after school work like picking up trash or something.<\/p>\n<p>Now imagine that same eighth grader changing the desktop wall paper of the teachers computer admittedly using the admin password that MANY students knew and used because it was the teacher&#8217;s last name. Now also imagine this is the second time he has been caught.<\/p>\n<p>What should be the deserved punishment? 10 day suspension? Expulsion?<\/p>\n<p>Nope a FELONY<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>The Pasco County Sheriff&#8217;s Office has charged Domanik Green, an eighth-grader at Paul R. Smith Middle School, with an offense against a computer system and unauthorized access, a felony.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tampabay.com\/news\/publicsafety\/crime\/middle-school-student-charged-with-cyber-crime-in-holiday\/2224827\" target=\"_blank\">Article Here<\/a><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This is so wrong. Yes the kid messed up big time, but completely ruining his life for a harmless &#8220;crime&#8221; is worse.
