Where did 2022 go and how it went!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Notable Events in 2022<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Youngest child graduated high school\n<ul>\n<li>My mom and brother came out to graduation<\/li>\n<li>we had a wind storm after graduation and caused some roof damage\n<ul>\n<li>that is fixed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Oldest child moved back home with us for a bit in 2022 to restart life in NC<\/li>\n<li>I hit the big FIVE &#8211; O<\/li>\n<li>Sondra hit the big FIVE &#8211; O<\/li>\n<li>I bought a motorcycle\n<ul>\n<li>sorta regret the purchase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>I quit my job<\/li>\n<li>I got a new job<\/li>\n<li>I made a quick 2-day trip back to California over Christmas to visit mom\/dad\n<ul>\n<li>good thing i didn&#8217;t fly southwest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>I had some success with <a href=\"https:\/\/walletbullion.com\">Wallet Bullion<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>but i&#8217;m debating what to do with it<\/li>\n<li>the last post on my personal site was talking about how to do this<\/li>\n<li>I improved on the product and I did sell a decent amount of cards<br \/>\nbut it is very labor intensive even with improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>I built <a href=\"https:\/\/wakayaga.com\">Waka Yaga<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>but semi-abandoned at this time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>I built <a href=\"https:\/\/hangforhealth.com\">Hang for Health<\/a> over xmas break\n<ul>\n<li>I built this because I started a daily passive and active hang<\/li>\n<li>I bought a <a href=\"https:\/\/shareasale.com\/r.cfm?b=1224085&amp;u=490768&amp;m=81517&amp;urllink=&amp;afftrack=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Teeter Hang Up<\/a><\/li>\n<li>I built \/ building cable pulley system in garage for more upper body strength<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>I didn&#8217;t write any posts on here since 11\/29\/2021\n<ul>\n<li>I aim to change that<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>I kept my weight down and hit 179.5 on Nov 11th 2022\n<ul>\n<li>my goal last year was to get below 180 before 50th\n<ul>\n<li>Success!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;m hovering at 185 now<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>I wanted definition in abs\n<ul>\n<li>did not hit this<\/li>\n<li>now 2023 goal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Goals for 2023<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase strength in shoulders \/ arms \/ hands \/ etc do accomplish a minimum 1 minute hang (active or passive) with 1 hand<\/li>\n<li>Figure out what to do with Wallet Bullion<\/li>\n<li>Get traffic and some affiliate income with Hang for Health and\/or WakaYaga<\/li>\n<li>Definition in abs\n<ul>\n<li>plus all the benefits that come from meeting this goal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Succeed at new job\n<ul>\n<li>haven&#8217;t defined this metric<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Start a coaching \/ advising service?\n<ul>\n<li>not defined<\/li>\n<li>My usual answer to anyone is that they are wrong<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/zipmessage.com\/?via=loren\">Zipmessage<\/a> looks awesome.
