There comes a point in time when everything you own will break down.

The question you always have to ask yourself is “should I fix it or buy a new one”

I often get this question when it comes to printers. I had one actually this past week. The client had an ancient Canon all in one printer (prob 6 years old). The manager approved to fix it at a cost of approx $300 and 2 week delay to order parts.

This is bad decision.

I found a $200 Brother Mono-Laser Multi Function at Staples. I told them to order a new printer.

Why is this a bad decision

Mainly because fixing an ancient printer is a loosing option.
