In early Jan 2013 I had gotten as low as 227. I was using the 4 hour body method and it was working.<\/p>\n
I’ve added Yoga to my exercise routine and I have tons more flexibility but can’t loose the weight.<\/p>\n
My stomach is smaller though.<\/p>\n
