How does Crowd Cow Work?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You choose your “share(s)” of beef your want. Which specific cuts. You are not\u00a0charged anything unless they\u00a0raise enough money (sell enough of the cow) and the cow \u201ctips.\u201d At that point, your credit card will be charged and they\u2019ll handle the rest.<\/p>\n

The meat is dry-aged for approximately 14 days to enhance tenderness and flavor, then processed into steaks, roasts and ground beef. Your cuts are then individually packaged in single-serving sizes and flash frozen. The steaks are vacuum-sealed in sous-vide ready pouches.<\/p>\n

Finally, they deliver to your door for a flat fee, no matter how many shares you buy.<\/p>\n
