Well I missed a post last night. I could cheat and change the publish date of this post, but i won’t.
My sleep schedule has been all out of whack. When I “clocked out” last night at 640pm EST. I sat on the couch and then fell asleep for 30min ish. Yesterday i was just dragging.
My schedule has been roughly:
- Get up at 7am
- Drink Coffee for an hour ish
- Yoga / Excercize approx 830am
- Shower after excersize
- Start work at 10am
- Work until approx 630-7pm
- Watch TV until 1am
This wasn’t good and finally started to crash yesterday.
After my nap had a short call with company at 9pm. Watched some StarGate (into season 4 now). Took 1/2 a benadryl at 10pm and out by 11pm. Then I woke up at 7am and started this all again but at least I got some good sleep.
